By registering to Best-PDF services, you will gain access to several advantages:

• You can convert multiple document formats into PDF such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, JPEG and vice versa.
• You can communicate and exchange with Best-PDF by email and chat.
• You can upload your documents
• You get online support including all services related to account management, memberships and document conversions. This service results in the possibility of contacting advisers by telephone, chat or e-mail to obtain information on the Site or on the Services.
• Edit a PDF document
• Merge PDF documents
• Sign a PDF document
• Split a PDF document
• Compress a PDF document

COST OF THE BEST-PDF MEMBERSHIP

Access to Best-PDF services will be charged at 0.50$ for 48H and then 39.90$ per month. The billing will be done on the anniversary date of the direct debit or on the last day of the month if this is not possible. The payment of your membership will be made by direct debit and will contain the wording Best-pdf or Best-pdf.com.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time with notification to current active users. These changes will not affect the user's current membership period. The prices that were in effect ten (10) days prior to the membership renewal will be applied for payment of the renewed membership period.

It is also possible to choose the 4.95$ offer which is an offer without membership and which will allow you to make a single conversion of your choice.

CONDITIONS OF THE BEST-PDF MEMBERSHIP

The Best-PDF membership has a duration of one month and will be renewed automatically at the end of the current membership period.

You can cancel your Best-PDF membership at any time without any conditions and free of charge.

All our communications will take place through your personal space or by email but you can also contact us by using our contact form or by calling +44 20 3936 9121 or by writing to us at contact@best-pdf.com.

Storage and transfer of information

Information will be stored on secure servers, monitored and maintained in accordance with privacy protection measures. We may store or transfer information about data subjects located in the EU to servers located in countries deemed adequate by the European Commission, or in countries not deemed adequate by the European Commission, provided that those countries implement appropriate and adequate safeguards regarding the security of personal information.

Information is stored on the servers only for as long as is necessary to provide the services and maintain the integrity of our databases. We will maintain records of processing activities for the purpose of demonstrating compliance with the EU GDPR.

Some services require the use of third party solutions. When you are redirected from our site to a third party website, you are no longer interacting with our site. Any information you provide through third party websites will be treated in accordance with their privacy policy and other applicable terms.
